Let’s do it!”\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter playing around in the lab, we landed on the most iconic of Ontario fruits, the peach. Few things are better than a sweet, fresh-off-the-tree Niagara peach, amirite? And then we paired it with another stellar ingredient, one of the first true signs of spring in Ontario and Quebec, rhubarb. It’s tart and tangy and it pairs amazingly well with almost any ripe summer fruit. Both flavours shine through in this stunningly refreshing midsummer mélange.
